Your Words Create Your Reality

Your words create your reality. Your words can be a powerful tool. They can help you manifest your dreams. You can even use them to heal yourself and overcome a bad day. If you want to change things, start by changing how you talk about them!

Remember, nothing in this world is permanent. Our minds are always changing, and our moods shift with the seasons. One of the most powerful ways to maintain your sense of contentment is by choosing your words wisely. Choosing to think positively, visualise what you want, and use “I can” instead of “I am not able to” can make all the difference in your life.

Many people continue to find themselves struggling to find their way in the world. Their inner dialogue isn’t matching up with reality, and they’re feeling frustrated, lost, and unfulfilled. What if there was a way to use the power of your own thoughts to create your own reality? Every day we’re bombarded with messages telling us who we should be, what we should buy and what we should believe. We’re told that happiness and success is based on how many likes we get on Instagram and how many people watch our YouTube videos. The world is changing rapidly due to social media and technology advancements. If you feel like you’ve lost sight of who you are in the sea of social media, this article is for you!

If you’ve ever had the chance to read “The Secret,” you would know that our thoughts are constantly shaping reality. Our words are constantly shaping reality, both in the present and in the future. Did you know that on average, most people say around 10,000 words a day? It is not uncommon for people to say 20,000-50,000 words in a day.

It’s now well-known that our thoughts determine our reality, but do you really know the power of our words? For example, when someone tells themselves they are “too tired” for an activity, they will actually become more tired. This is because the thought of “I am too tired” is usually followed by a list of reasons why they can’t do it (tired, sad, angry).

Many people now believe that their thoughts, words, and actions are what give the world its shape. When they feel sad, they think about all of their shortcomings and worry about how they will ever be able to accomplish anything. They do not see the good in themselves or anyone else for that matter. And so, they live life feeling down on themselves and unhappy with what is going on in their lives.

Knowing all this, what will you differently from today onwards? Will you try to think positive thoughts and speak about what you want rather than how you feel in a moment?

Try speaking things into your reality and see how your world changes for the better!
