Apple Cinnamon Chips

These Apple Cinnamon Chips are a healthier alternative to traditional potato chips and are perfect for satisfying your sweet and crunchy cravings.


  • 2 apples (choose a sweet variety)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).

  1. Thinly slice the apples using a sharp knife or mandolin slicer.
  2. Place the apple slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon (and drizzle honey for added sweetness, if desired).
  4. Bake for 1-2 hours, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are crisp and golden.
