Beetroot Hummus

Beetroot Hummus is a vibrant and earthy dip that adds a burst of color and flavor to your snack time. Enjoy it with carrot sticks or whole-grain crackers.


  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 small cooked beets, peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, cooked beets, minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding a bit of water if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
