Tzatziki is a creamy and tangy Greek dip that goes perfectly with vegetable sticks, pita bread, or as a sauce for grilled chicken or lamb.


  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
