Spiced Cashews

These Spiced Cashews are a fiery and crunchy snack, rich in healthy fats and a touch of heat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss cashews with olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt until well coated.
  3. Spread the cashews on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let them cool before serving.
