This classic Guacamole is a creamy and tangy dip that’s perfect for dipping veggies or spreading on whole-grain crackers.


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tomatoes, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork.
  3. Add chopped red onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
