Tuna Cucumber Boats

These Tuna Cucumber Boats provide a fresh and protein-packed snack that’s as satisfying as it is healthy.


  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh dill (optional, for garnish)


  1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create “boats.”
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Fill the cucumber boats with the tuna mixture.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
