Greek Yogurt Protein Pops

These Greek Yogurt Protein Pops are a delicious, creamy treat loaded with protein and the natural sweetness of honey and berries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Popsicle molds or ice cube trays

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Drop a few mixed berries into each popsicle mold or ice cube tray.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the berries.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks or toothpicks.
  5. Freeze for a few hours or until solid.
