Spinach and Cheese Quesadilla

This Spinach and Cheese Quesadilla is a tasty and nutritious way to enjoy the goodness of leafy greens in a classic snack format.


  • 2 whole-wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder


  1. Place one tortilla in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on the tortilla, followed by the fresh spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and the remaining cheese.
  3. Place the second tortilla on top.
  4. Cook until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Cut into wedges and serve.
