These Banana Oat Cookies are a healthy twist on traditional cookies, providing a chewy, naturally sweet treat.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate drops (optional)
- Crushed almonds (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in the rolled oats, raisins, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
