Banana Oat Cookies

These Banana Oat Cookies are a healthy twist on traditional cookies, providing a chewy, naturally sweet treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate drops (optional)
  • Crushed almonds (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in the rolled oats, raisins, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
